Products Selling

We (Kashyam.com) are only deal in domestic. We do not sell products out of India.

Buyer's arrangement with Issuing Bank:

All Valid Credit / Debit/ Cash Card/ and other payment instruments are processed using a Credit Card payment gateway or appropriate payment system infrastructure and the same will also be governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between the Buyer and the respective Issuing Bank and payment instrument issuing company.

 All Online Bank Transfers from Valid Bank Accounts are processed using the gateway provided by the respective Issuing Bank which supports Payment Facility to provide these services to the Users. All such Online Bank Transfers on Payment Facility are also governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between Buyer and the respective Issuing Bank.

Shipping and Handling

We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in the shipments. Title and risk of loss and damages pass on to you upon the delivery of the products to you. In case reverse shipment cannot be arranged by us due to unavailability of our logistics partners, then, in that case, you may be requested to send such products through any available courier services.

Return of Products by you

We will accept the return of the products,provided such return is for products that are defective, wrongly delivered, wrong product, wrong size, damaged during transit, incomplete package etc.subject to the condition that we are informed about such discrepancies within72 hours from the date of receipt of the product and if the products are returned in their original condition. However, in the case of transit damages, the issue must be reported within 48 hours, after which we may not be able to accept the complaint

Easy replacement

Kashyam offers an easy replacement for all products sold on kashyam.com, under certain conditions which are mentioned below.

  • Customers will notify us of any damage or defect within 72 hours from the date of receipt of delivery of the products.
  • In the case of transit damages, the issue must be reported within 48 hours, after which we may not be able to accept the complaint.
  • We may ask you to share the images of the product and the internal & external packaging material.
  • Once we agree to replace, the defective/damaged product will be replaced with a brand-new product at no extra cost.
  • In case the customer fails to inform Kashyam within the stipulated time frame, Kashyam reserves the right to accept or reject such request at its discretion.
  • Kashyam will try to replace the specific product ordered. However, the company reserves the right to offer an alternate product in case the product is Out of Stock or Discontinued by the manufacturer.
  • The replacement guarantee is valid only in cases of manufacturing defects and transport damages.

Refund Policy
